  • " The team receives several requests each week for differing cuts of the data in order to respond to potential client enquiries, requests for proposals, client due diligence, investment consultant selection processes, and industry surveys.
  • The aim of the role is to provide capacity to service these requests and to lead the creation of a formal process for our work.
  • This includes improving our ways of working: building relations with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate our approach, developing our prioritisation, ensuring consistency across responses, documentation of key judgements and decisions. There is also a need to make the work more understandable to users and improve the resilience of our process through documenting key data definitions and educating key stakeholders on what the data shows.
  • It is also expected that this role will involve assisting on technical development of the process, working with other team members to do this. This involves making data more comprehensive, user-friendly and easier to access for ourselves and Distribution teams, through greater automation. We are finalising a PowerBI solution for delivering more information to the business and expect this will benefit from significant development and enhancement. "
