"Provide support for the day-to-day management of the office including managing the reception area.
Responsible for the procurement of office equipment and supplies; liaise with project vendors.
Coordinate with local vendors to obtain quotes, coordinate invoicing and process payments for service providers.
Assist with the planning of events and other activities. This includes venue, lodging, transportation, attendance tracking.
Support information gathering for workshop reports.
Contribute to the development of activity budgets for project-related activities.
Manage and control office supplies.
Prepare and submit tax exemption claims.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other logistics.
Make photocopies, scan, and fax/send documents.
Assume any other responsibilities that may be assigned. "
