  • "Provide support for the day-to-day management of the office including managing the reception area.
  • Responsible for the procurement of office equipment and supplies; liaise with project vendors.
  • Coordinate with local vendors to obtain quotes, coordinate invoicing and process payments for service providers.
  • Assist with the planning of events and other activities. This includes venue, lodging, transportation, attendance tracking.
  • Support information gathering for workshop reports.
  • Contribute to the development of activity budgets for project-related activities.
  • Manage and control office supplies.
  • Prepare and submit tax exemption claims.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other logistics.
  • Make photocopies, scan, and fax/send documents.
  • Assume any other responsibilities that may be assigned. "
