"1. To Independently evaluate all legal aspects related to land acquisition, Real Estate, project evaluation, documentation and due diligence.
2. To independently handle all legal matters related to properties and litigations of the Group and to that effect handle litigations (civil & criminal) before Courts, Tribunals, Judicial/ quasi-judicial and administrative authorities.
3. To co-ordinate with panel advocates / consultants, to prepare the case and brief them about the litigations, and to follow up with them to ensure effective pairawi in litigations.
4. Drafting of legal and property related documents like contracts, work orders, allotment letters, sale deeds, agreements, plaints, petitions, written statements, affidavits, counter affidavits, re-joinders etc.
5. To handle all real estate project related legal compliances including RERA, UP Apartment Act and other applicable Acts, Rules and Regulations.
6. To deploy proper risk assessment tools and techniques in terms of Litigation risk, regulatory risk and contractual risks.
7. To procure various NOCs, approvals permissions etc. form various government / semi government offices.
8. To liaise with Government Department/officials."
