- " The Lead Analyst is responsible for managing the Intercompany process and Inter-affiliate SLDs for Reg-W compliance. He/She is responsible for reviewing the SLDs for testing the market terms and other affiliate specific considerations. This role is required to update and validate various key data fields for Reg W contracts in Sirion /excel repository system.
- This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of key data fields updated for Reg W contract. This role is required to perform the due diligence process for new / amended engagements and provide guidance on Market terms and other important clauses in SLDs.This role is required to work closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, ERO, Real Estate, and various LOBs for facilitation of the completion of Inter-affiliate SLDs from REG-W requirements. "
