- " a. To Draft - Legal documents such as Retail Agency Agreement, Franchise Agreements , Agency Agreements, Retail Agreements, LoI s, MoU s, Lease Deeds, Sale Agreement, Sale Deed, Leave and License Agreements, Advertising Agreements, Service Agreements, , Service Level Agreement etc.
- b. To Handle - Due diligence of property title documents, Stamp duty and registration fee calculation.
- c. To Represent - The Company at contract negotiations on legal issues
- d. To provide inputs in operational matters to ensure desired support to the business.
- e. To support the process owners to ensure statutory compliances.
- f. To Independently support all litigations/cases filed by and against the Company.
- Advisory : Rendering opinions pertaining to Corporate Law, Bankruptcy, Intellectual Property Law, Licensing, RERA, Sect. 138 r/w. 141 of Negotiable Instruments Act, SARFAESI Act, IPC, Cr.PC, CPC, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Rent Act etc. "
