  • " Filing of event-based and annual returns on time with Registrar of companies.
  • Ensure all the secretarial records and registers are kept up to date.
  • Holding board/shareholders/partners/designated partners meetings.
  • Filing of all event-based (Form FC for Loan/Equity/SBLC etc.) and annual (FLA, APR, etc.) reporting are made within the due date to RBI.
  • To ensure proceedings of the meetings are properly recorded in the Minutes Book and Minutes Book are kept up to date.
  • Drafting and Vetting of Commercial Agreements.
  • Assistance in drafting & issuance of Letter of Demand/ Legal Notices.
  • Assistance in litigation matters.
  • Maintain litigation tracker on monthly basis.
  • To keep a repository of all commercial agreements, legal documents, license & registration etc.
  • To ensure committees are functioning as per their terms of reference."
