- Responsible for interaction with banks, NBFCs to place thesyndication transaction.
- Responsible to originate & execute transactions seamlessly. (i.e.Syndication / Co Lending / Credit delivery arrangements)
- Responsible for Corporate fundraising transactions including duediligence, financial modelling, drafting of information memorandum, deal termsheets & legal documentation.
- Coordination with Sales / Vendor / Credit /Rating teams and with Banks / NBFC.
