This role is responsible to develop and scale Contract & Commercial Mngt capabilities in Tesco. Assess contractual obligations of our supply base & ensure they are fully compliant as well as drive recoveries due to non-compliance and process improvements to mitigate future losses and risks. Represent the function and lead senior leadership interactions within both Tesco and outside.
Ensure compliance with all applicable corporate laws and regulations Provide legal counsel to the organization and its leadership on various legal issues
Liaison with board members and investors and support them for various reports requested from time to time: Recurring reports and Ad- hoc reports requested from time and time by the investors.
Managing Accounting & closing of books• Managing Direct & Indirect tax compliances
Handling various meetings (Board, Committee, General). Minutes of meetings, ROC filing, Compliance, Corporate Governance Practices, CSR
Filing of event-based and annual returns on time with Registrar of companies. Ensure all the secretarial records and registers are kept up to date.

Managing P&L Automation of repeated process with intelligent bots interacting with buyers/vendors for resolving complex exceptions adjusting debit notes/vendor credit notes against open invoices creating vendor account statements and any adhoc requests to ensure SLAs are met as agreed for customer satisfaction.
Role & responsibilities . (a) Company Secretarial Functions: . Should be well conversant with FEMA Guidelines Preparing and filing necessary legal documents,forms and returns as required under the Companies Act,SEBI Regulations and other Statutory Acts
The team receives several requests each week for differing cuts of the data in order to respond to potential client enquiries, requests for proposals, client due diligence, investment consultant selection processes, and industry surveys.
Setting up process of the company in Finance team. . -Well versed experience in team handling and startup career experience (it will add benefit) .Compensation:- . 15lpa to 20lpa (depending on experience and knowledge)
You will assist in managing the end-to-end finance operations of the company including preparation of financial statements, financial planning and analysis, treasury, financial controls, etc.
